What is a Neighborhood Code?

To help appraise property values we split up the county into economic regions that share similar qualities. These regions are known as neighborhoods and each neighborhood is assigned a unique code.

Lookup your property's information online at You can find your property by entering your parcel number or street address.

* = required field, Neighborhood Code takes precedence over Zip Code if both are entered.

What is a Use Code?

How a property is used affects its fair market value. We track this with a three digit code.

The most common code is '111' for single family residences. This refers to properties which house only one family and are primarily for residential use.

House Type:
Quality / Grade of Construction
Built between (years)
 and enter the 4 digit year.  For example '1999'.
Square footage between  and enter the total square footage for the structure. For example '1700'.
Lot size between (in acres)  and Tip: When searching for Condominium sales enter 0 in the first box and 10 in the second box.

Sold Between  and enter the dates using the format mm/dd/yyyy.
